Welcome to GoSlopeSide.
By making a reservation you agree to the following terms, which apply to all of our Killington rentals.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
Bookings are confirmed once the required deposit is received. The remaining balance is charged automatically to the card on file fourteen (14) days before arrival. All prices include the Vermont Rooms Tax of 13%.
CANCELLATION
Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to check-in date (Peak Season), excluding holidays (Christmas, New Years, MLK, Presidents Week). Full refund made for holiday cancellations up to 45 days prior to the check-in date. Attempts to refund cancellations inside of 30 days will be made, if we are able to secure another commensurate booking we will offer a refund.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in is from 4:00 PM until 1:00 AM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Properties are Self check-in via door key code.
HOUSE RULES
No smoking anywhere on the property. No parties or events. Quiet hours 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Maximum occupancy is as listed for each rental — no additional overnight guests without prior approval. Children of all ages are welcome.
PETS
Pets are not permitted unless specifically agreed in writing before arrival.
CLEANING & DAMAGES
A mandatory cleaning fee is included with each booking. Guests are expected to leave the property in the condition it was found. Damage beyond normal wear may be billed to the card on file.
LIABILITY
Guests use the property and any included amenities (hot tub, sports center, ski storage, etc.) at their own risk. GoSlopeSide is not liable for personal injury, lost belongings, or damage to guest vehicles.
